Runtime Guard provides software for pre-signature analysis of Ethereum Safe transaction payloads, risk reporting, workflow support, and optional policy-based co-signing for eligible paid plans.
Runtime Guard is a software service. It does not custody funds, process payments for customers, operate an exchange, provide money transmission, provide brokerage, provide investment advice, or provide trading signals.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing each transaction and for deciding whether to sign, reject, or modify it. Runtime Guard reports are security and operational review materials, not financial advice.
Paid plans are billed as recurring SaaS subscriptions through Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Prices are listed excluding tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

Runtime Guard may process account identifiers, public wallet addresses, Safe addresses, transaction hashes, submitted transaction URLs, technical logs, subscription status, and messages sent by email.

Data is used to provide the software service, generate reports, enforce plan limits, maintain security, answer customer requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Refunds

Customers may cancel a paid subscription. Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Runtime Guard may grant a refund where required by law, where a billing error occurred, or where the service was not made available as described.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Taxes are handled according to Paddle checkout and applicable law.
